Essential Duties include: Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them. Hire, train, motivate, counsel and monitor the performance of all department staff. Maintain a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the service department, wholesale accounts and the do-it-yourself public. Establish pricing parameters in each customer category that generate sufficient gross profit while maintaining customer loyalty. Supervise stock order procedures.
