About the PEDIGREE Brand Your Responsibilities • Work with Chatdesk’s client’s agency and the PEDIGREE brand team to: • Proactively engage with users in the comments section of all brand organic and paid social posts • Respond to customer inquiries, ensuring top-notch customer service and building meaningful relationships • Search for relevant content to engage with key community members, collaborators, and influence rs • Work with Digital Ecosystem Coordinator to brainstorm and craft content, as well as assist in the creation of monthly content calendars and social listening reports • Secure rights to share user-generated-content according to brand policies • Schedule and post content based on company initiatives across Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok • Ensure posts and comments align to brand voice and tone • Strategically identify opportunities to surprise, delight, and honor brand fans • Protect the brand & community by removing spam from posts and comments • Keep up to date on new and emerging trends, tools, platforms, and practices in social media Technical Skills • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including but not limited to: Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook • Understanding of historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space • Comfortable working cross-functionally with stakeholders across the organization • Exposure to social analytics • Ability to manage ambiguity, including changing timelines & objectives, while maintaining a strategic creative mindset • Experience with or willingness to learn the following platforms: • Social video editing apps, such as Cap Cut - can quickly execute video edits that align with brand guidelines • Sprinklr (scheduling, reporting, social listening, UGC, etc.) Requirements • BA/BS in marketing, communications, advertising, graphic design, or related program with equivalent work experience • 2+ years of professional experience in social media community management and/or content creation • Passionate about building and nurturing online communities • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking skills • Creative thinker who isn’t afraid to voice new ideas • Exemplary attention to detail and self-starter work style Location • Preferred: Nashville, TN • Considered: Hybrid In-Office Schedule
