Performance Ad Creative Designer

We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Ad Creative Designer to join an ambitious, fast-moving growth agency with LA roots and a newly-established office in Austin, TX. Our ideal candidate is a one-person creative engine capable of concepting, designing, editing, and iterating high-converting, high-volume ads with a primary initial focus on scaling telehealth and next-gen wellness brands to 7+ figures/month in ad spend. This is not a Creative Director role. This is end-to-end creative ad production (and you'll have the support and resources you need). Our Ideal Candidate Has Likely: • Has a portfolio that showcases both creative work and performance metrics • Helped scale telehealth, GLP-1, NAD+, nutraceutical, supplement, or DTC wellness brands • Worked inside accounts spending $500K–$1M+/month • Built creative tied directly to measurable performance improvements • Thrived in fast-paced testing environments • Cared more about conversion metrics than aesthetics
