Performance Ad Creative Designer

Remote considered for exceptional candidates.We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Ad Creative Designer to join an ambitious, fast-moving growth agency with LA and Orange County, CA roots and a newly-established office in Austin, TX.Our ideal candidate is a one-person creative engine capable of concepting, designing, editing, and iterating high-converting, high-volume ads with a primary initial focus on scaling telehealth and next-gen wellness brands to 7+ figures/month in ad spend. This is not a Creative Director role.This is not campaign management.This is not brand-only work.You will personally produce the ad creative that fuels aggressive growth and testing environments. If your portfolio doesn’t reference performance metrics, this probably isn’t the role.
