Requirements:
You're based in San Francisco, CA and available to work on-site
You have 5+ years of experience in creative direction specifically for performance marketing
You have a demonstrated portfolio of performance creative across multiple channels (Meta, YouTube, CTV, etc.)
You're data fluent and comfortable owning P&L impact across ad campaigns
You have experience building creative testing frameworks and production pipelines at scale
You're comfortable working across the full funnel — from awareness to conversion
You actively use AI-enabled tools, automation, and modern creative workflows
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects is a plus
Responsibilities:
Produce and direct creative across all paid marketing surfaces, including Meta, YouTube, CTV, lifecycle, and CRO
Own and understand the P&L impact of ad campaigns across channels
Shape and maintain the expression of Owner's brand across paid media
Build and own the creative testing framework to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with the growth team on performance analytics to inform creative strategy
