This role sits within a fast-paced advertising operations environment and focuses on owning campaign execution, improving product feed performance, and delivering conversion-driven results. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize Performance Max (PMax), Standard Shopping, and Meta campaigns to drive offsite conversionsMonitor product feed health in Google Merchant Center and Meta; resolve disapprovals, pricing, and availability issuesOptimize product listings (titles, descriptions) to improve competitiveness and performanceAnalyze KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, Share of Voice) and deliver actionable insightsPartner with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to troubleshoot and scale campaignsLead A/B testing and support innovation across retail media channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)Leverage first-party data and remarketing strategies (RLSAs) to improve targetingRequired Qualifications 3+ years in performance marketing or advertising operationsExperience with Google Shopping Ads (GMC) and Meta AdsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsComfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree or equivalent experiencePreferred Qualifications Experience with complex product feeds or large catalogsFamiliarity with feed optimization and technical troubleshootingExperience building processes or SOPsUnderstanding of attribution models and performance metrics
