Job Description Our client, a fast-growing fintech startup, is seeking a Performance Marketer to be the first dedicated hire focused on paid acquisition. This role owns paid channels end to end and is responsible for scaling spend from $10K/month to $100K+/month over the next few quarters while driving high-ROI pipeline and booked meetings for the sales team. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role for a hands-on marketer who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants real ownership over growth outcomes. What You'll Do • Own paid acquisition strategy and execution across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and potentially Meta • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns with a clear focus on inbound meetings and revenue impact • Scale ad spend aggressively and efficiently, with a goal of generating ~$500K/month in revenue from paid channels by year-end • Analyze performance and report insights to leadership, translating data into clear recommendations and next steps • Operate independently, ideating, testing, and launching new campaigns without heavy approval layers
