Role Description This is a remote contract dual role for a Performance Marketing and Sales professional, based in Bentonville, AR. The role involves managing and optimizing ad campaigns in Google, META and Amazon, as well as creating and executing sales strategies for clients. Responsibilities also include collaborating with internal teams to drive sales, create lead generation funnels, and deliver measurable performance results measured in schedule phone calls. Qualifications • 3-5 years experience with Google Ads, META ads • 1-3 years experience with Amazon ads • Knowledge of Sales processes and ability to contribute to revenue generation and customer acquisition goals • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze marketing data and make informed decisions • Proven experience in performance marketing, ecommerce, or sales
