Our paid search program currently manages approximately $250K per month in Google Ads spend, with a clear roadmap to scale beyond $1M monthly—all while protecting efficiency, lead quality, and long-term market leadership. Google Ads will be your primary ownership area, but you’ll also oversee complementary paid channels—including Meta, Bing, and other digital platforms—to support a cohesive, full-funnel strategy. Experience & Qualifications • 3–7 years of hands-on Google Ads experience (Search and Performance Max required). • Legal or law firm marketing experience is a plus. Preferred (Not Required): HubSpot Performance Insight Experience • Pulling and interpreting HubSpot reports for lead quality and pipeline performance • Understanding deal stages and qualification frameworks • Connecting ad spend to signed cases and revenue outcomes • Syncing conversion data between HubSpot and Google Ads • Using CRM data to guide paid media optimization • (HubSpot is used for analytics and insight—not daily CRM management.)
