Performance Marketing Manager

Baseballism is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our digital acquisition strategy across paid media and organic search. This role will work closely with leadership, creative, and e-commerce teams to ensure Baseballism continues to reach and inspire the global baseball community. Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting • Track performance using analytics platforms and reporting tools • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership • Identify trends and opportunities for growth across marketing channels Qualifications • Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads at scale • Strong understanding of ROAS optimization, CAC management, and marketing efficiency metrics • Demonstrated success increasing e-commerce revenue through performance marketing • Deep understanding of SEO strategy and organic search growth • Experience managing multiple advertising accounts and marketing budgets • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Comfortable working with Shopify, Google Analytics, and advertising platforms • Ability to collaborate across teams and contribute to a positive company culture What We’re Looking For • A strategic thinker who treats marketing spend like an investment • Someone who thrives on data, experimentation, and performance improvement • A team player who enjoys collaborating with creative and leadership teams • A marketer who wants to help grow one of the most respected brands in baseball culture Why Baseballism Founded in 2006, Baseballism has grown into the official lifestyle brand of baseball, producing premium apparel and products inspired by the game’s history and culture.
