Tactical Distributors is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who knows how to turn ad spend into revenue and data into decisions. Paid media, technical SEO, product feeds, email segmentation, and the systems that make it all work. 4+ years in ecommerce performance marketing Proven experience managing high-spend paid media accounts Deep expertise in Google Ads and Performance Max Hands-on experience with Google Merchant Center and product feeds Strong working knowledge of Semrush and Google Search Console Experience with Microsoft Advertising and expanding into new channels Solid understanding of SEO, backlinking, and technical site health Experience with email segmentation and lifecycle marketing strategy Strong analytical mindset with the ability to move fast and make decisions You care about performance, not vanity metrics You are comfortable owning revenue targets You test constantly and iterate quickly You can zoom out to strategy and zoom in to execution You thrive in a fast-moving, no-hand-holding environment If you want to scale a business, you’ll fit right in.
