We're scaling fast, and we need sharp operators who can own client relationships without losing the technical edge that defines our work.The RoleWe're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to be the connective tissue between our clients and our paid media specialists. If a client asks why their Meta CPM jumped last week or why a search campaign's CPA shifted, you should be able to log into the account, run the diagnosis, and explain it without needing a media buyer to translate.What You'll OwnClient relationships. Primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts. Surface ideas, push back on what isn't working, and partner with our paid media specialists to evolve campaign strategy based on what the data is telling us.Cross-functional coordination. Keep everyone aligned without becoming a bottleneck.What You Bring3+ years in a paid media, performance marketing, or digital agency role with direct client-facing responsibilityHands-on experience inside Google Ads and Meta Ads at a minimum; TikTok and LinkedIn are a plusComfort in GA4, Looker Studio (or equivalent), and conversion tracking debugging you can read an attribution report and tell us what's brokenStrong written and verbal communication.
