Performance Marketing Manager

This role is pivotal in driving our agency's growth and ensuring client satisfaction through seamless project execution and strategic advertising campaigns.With a minimum of 2 years of experience in both account management and project management, preferably in an agency setting, as well as proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns (specifically with Google Ads, Linked In Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads), the ideal candidate will be a cornerstone in driving our agency's growth and client satisfaction.2+ years of experience with Account Management (Client Communications, Meetings, Report, Proposals)2+ years of experience with Project Management (Project budgeting, planning, oversight)2+ years of experience with Paid Advertising (specifically Google, Linked In, Meta & Bing) (Strategy, Planning, Building, and Optimization)2+ years of agency experienceAbility to function autonomously, be self-directed, self-motivated, dynamic, and decisiveBachelor's DegreeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsExcellent attention-to-detailOutgoing personality with the ability to adapt to your audienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to multi-task and manage workflow in a high-energy, collaborative, team-oriented environmentExperience with project & task management software (e.g. Asana, etc)A tendency to challenge yourselfResponsibilities/Role:Virtually meet with our clients as a representative of our companyAct as the primary point of contact for multiple advertising-centric client accounts, fostering and nurturing client relationshipsProvide expert guidance on paid advertising strategies & performanceCoordinate project management activities, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scopeTranslate client needs and project objectives to both internal teams and external contractorsSchedule and lead internal and external meetings for project success and reviewsMonitor and report on the progress of projects, managing any scope changes or challengesMonitor and report on the progress of advertising performance, managing volatility and addressing challenges proactivelyStrong skills in advertising management functions, including:Monitoring and managing advertising budgets effectivelyPausing and activating campaigns as per strategy requirementsTracking and analyzing lead volume and cost per lead metricsIdentifying and resolving performance issues in advertising campaignsInterpreting and generating detailed performance reportsYou must have serious attention to detail. Success has everything to do with doing the small things right.You must be organized.
