You'll be joining a dynamic team and will have a direct impact on the success of our direct-to-consumer (D2C) channel.What You'll Do:Strategize, implement, and meticulously manage paid social media campaigns, primarily on the Meta platform (Facebook and Instagram).Take ownership of a significant annual advertising budget, including one brand with a $1.4 million annual spend and fluctuating monthly allocations.Analyze campaign performance, identify key insights, and implement data-backed optimizations to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and achieve revenue targets.Collaborate closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies and ensure consistent brand messaging.Monitor and strive to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS and efficiency ratio (ERS), with an understanding of targets around the 20% ERS mark or the need to increase ROAS.Quickly integrate into our existing brand strategy and contribute your expertise to elevate our performance marketing efforts.
