Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Digital

LendingClub is looking for an energetic, self-starter Digital Performance Marketing Manager to support the Director Of Digital Performance Marketing to drive new and existing customer acquisition strategies through digital channels. You will have experience managing digital channels, will be able to work closely with management to interpret findings and make strategic product and service recommendations. A key component of this role will be the effective oversight and management of external digital marketing agencies. • Collaborate with internal and external teams to align on and define timelines and coordinate processes to launch new campaigns and projects from ideation to launch.. • Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices, especially within the fintech sector, with a focus on advertising compliance.
