We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can own both paid media strategy and organic search growth for the companies under the Cooper umbrella brand: the general contracting company Cooper Tacia, the Cooper Foundation, and Cooper Equipment, our new rental equipment company. This is a hands-on role where you’ll plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital channels, while also developing the keyword strategy and organic growth roadmap for all three websites. • Bonus: Familiarity with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) or strategies for improving content visibility in generative AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.) • Bonus: Experience with AI Personnel may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as needed.
