You Have • 4+ years of experience in paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) and paid social (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) campaign management • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing digital marketing role • Proven experience developing and implementing new advertising strategies and ideas for clients • Experience driving results through advanced measurement tactics like OCT • A natural problem-solving ability with a growth mindset • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Full-time permanent residency within the United States
