Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the Audio team at Wise: • Own all operational aspects of Wise’s audio advertising program, from campaign setup with media partners and ad tech vendors, to developing creative and trafficking ad assets • Maintain day-to-day relationships with publishers, agencies and ad tech partners • Manage daily campaign performance by closely monitoring KPIs and optimising to meet targets • Build and share monthly reporting with internal and external stakeholders • Collaborate with our in-house marketing analyst team to surface and understand audio channel data in an accessible and actionable way • Communicate with other channels across the marketing tribe to share insights and learnings to help maximise campaign performance and uncover additional testing opportunities • Assist with opportunity sizing for other emerging platforms and new channels We believe people are most empowered when they can act autonomously, so you’ll work with your team to create a vision of your own. • Think innovatively as a marketer within rapidly growing and still maturing marketing channels • Be part of our mission to make money without borders the new normal You’re eager to learn and develop, and have an eye for using data to improve campaign performance • Highly skilled at written and verbal communication; you are able to present and share information in way that makes sense to many different people and teams • Collaborative and skilled at building relationships; someone who is able to work across departments and with a variety of stakeholders • Organised with an attention to detail; and able to manage many moving parts at once • A self-starter who is comfortable taking ownership of projects with limited oversight. Additional skills we’d value: • Associate level experience working in digital marketing and/or offline marketing • Familiarity with audio measurement and attribution platforms like Spotify Ad Analytics, Podscribe, Veritonic, etc.
