This role requires a candidate to be in the LA area and have ability to work on site 3 days per week. BizOps is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to assist the team in building new performance marketing and targeting capabilities. This role will partner across a diverse set of stakeholders including local marketing teams around the world, brand marketing, product marketing, marketing data science, and engineering. ● Assist with ad operations, including partnering with platform reps to set up campaigns/tests, upload creative into the platforms, build and QA ads, and set the ads live. ● Build performance marketing resources for teams to reference in the future, such as a repository of the top performing creative and a source of truth for ad format specs across platforms.
