At Morning Walk, we are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist that brings a creator mindset to performance marketing, blending data, media, and storytelling to drive measurable impact. This role will be an integral part of our Performance Marketing and Media team in Milwaukee. • Utilize first-party data, behavioral signals, and platform-native audiences • Help translate insights into targeting, creative inputs, and sequencing strategies • Assist in implementing audience builds and data integrations (e.g., CDPs, onboarding) • Monitor audience performance and recommend refinements • Assist in preparing performance reports, insights, and presentations • Communicate key findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner • Help translate data into actionable insights for clients • Support the execution of testing plans and optimization roadmaps Education and Experience: • 4–5+ years of experience in performance marketing, media strategy, or digital analytics.
