Our pieces are worn for everyday magic, milestone moments, and everything in between.The Role We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to support our paid acquisition efforts and grow alongside the brand. This role is ideal for someone early in their performance marketing career who is curious, detail-oriented, and excited to learn hands‑on in an in‑house environment.You’ll work closely with the Head of E‑Commerce and external partners (when applicable) to help manage campaigns, track performance, and assist with testing and optimization across channels.What You’ll DoSupport the setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and GoogleAssist with day‑to‑day campaign management including budgets, audiences, and creative swapsMonitor performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rateHelp maintain creative and audience testing logs and performance trackersSupport reporting by pulling data and summarizing results and learningsAssist with tracking, attribution checks, and QA to ensure data accuracyCollaborate with creative and e‑commerce teams to support launches and promotionsStay curious and up to date on performance marketing trends and platform updatesYou’re a Great Fit If YouHave 2–5 years of experience or internships in digital or performance marketingAre analytical and enjoy working with numbers and dataAre detail‑oriented and organized (you notice when something looks “off”)Are eager to learn and open to feedback and mentorshipCommunicate clearly and ask thoughtful questionsAre excited to work in‑house and grow with a small, fast‑moving teamNice to HaveHands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads (even at a basic level)Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, and KlaviyoExperience supporting e‑commerce, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brandsBasic understanding of paid media metrics and testing conceptsWhat We Offer Competitive salary based on experienceOpportunity for growth and career developmentPaid time offEmployee discount on Avigail Adam productsA collaborative, creative, and supportive in‑house teamHands‑on learning in a real e‑commerce environmentSound like you?We’d love to meet you.
