Performance Marketing Specialist - Marketing Agency

We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to own the day-to-day execution and optimization of paid social and paid search campaigns across our client roster. The primary focus is paid social and paid search, with a strong ecommerce lean (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, Klaviyo). It’s also a role built for growth: as we expand into omnichannel media (Programmatic, CTV, DOOH, retail media), you’ll have real opportunity to learn those channels alongside our senior team. You’ll run and optimize paid campaigns that are designed to perform and scale. You’ll also put AI to work in the day-to-day.
