To support a growing global team, the fully remote Performance Marketing Specialist will manage end-to-end paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, optimize campaign performance, and analyze full-funnel metrics to drive results. Key responsibilities Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including audience segmentation and budget allocation Track and report on campaign performance metrics, analyzing data to inform optimization strategies Design and execute A/B tests to enhance campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement Required qualifications Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Strong analytical skills with experience in conversion data analysis using platform pixels and CRM data Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Demonstrated growth mindset and exceptional learning agility
