Performance Marketing Specialist

Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager and Director of Digital on strategy updates and account performance.Support client communications and meetings in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager, project, and creative teams.Keep internal teams informed of performance shifts and platform-related needsRequired Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent professional experience.1-3 years of experience in paid social & paid search buying.Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google AdsAbility to manage multiple small-to-mid-sized accounts efficiently in a fast-paced agency environment This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
