The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful paid social campaigns that align with overarching marketing growth goals. • Deliver strong business impact (e.g. revenue, growth, and ROAS) across all key markets, contributing to Netflix's membership growth goals. • Collaborate with partner teams across growth strategy, marketing, finance, and DSE to unlock new channels and scale performance marketing activities. • In-depth experience in managing paid social performance marketing campaigns, with a strong ability to balance effort vs. return to maximize impact. • In-depth understanding of user acquisition algorithms, incremental-based KPIs, and marketing technology (conversion APIs, mobile measurement partners, etc.)
