Key Responsibilities
Help customers improve performance marketing outcomes and KPIs through strategic engagements
Influence product roadmap by converting customer insights into innovations and feature development
Develop performance frameworks and ROI stories to support sales and customer success teams
Required Qualifications
8+ years of hands-on performance marketing and growth experience
Expert-level knowledge of Meta Conversions API (CAPI) and Google Enhanced Conversions
Proven experience with Incrementality testing and Media Mix Modeling (MMM)
Ability to function as a strategic advisor and understand multiple stakeholder perspectives
Experience building relationships and working cross-functionally with product and go-to-market teams
