Performance Marketing Strategist

In this role you will: implement acquisition strategies using organic, earned, and paid channels like AdWords, Facebook, Outbrain, affiliate, and more continuously monitor and optimize our campaigns to ensure that we're constantly maximizing our ROI against market dynamics split-test and optimize ads, landing pages, and other collateral across our websites and advertising campaigns reverse engineer competitive user acquisition strategies using our in-house data and 3rd party best-in-class research tools negotiate with traffic sources to improve our ROI since performance often depends on media vendor relationships Candidate need-to-haves: You have performance marketing experience in at least two of: search, affiliate, native, display, email, and social advertising. You can understand the implications of small changes to the big picture, and can also create a plan for bringinga big picture to fruition one task at a time.
