Performance Marketing Strategist

Your primary goal will be to drive high-intent leads, optimize return on ad spend (ROAS), and implement growth experiments to maximize our monthly ad budget. Key Responsibilities 1. Paid Media Strategy & Execution • Lead end-to-end management of Meta Ads, Google Search/Shopping, and programmatic campaigns (display, retargeting, geofencing) • Develop audience targeting strategies (lookalikes, intent-based keywords, custom segments) aligned with our buyer personas • Oversee A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve conversion rates. Budget Optimization & ROAS Growth • Allocate budgets dynamically across platforms based on performance data • Identify and scale high-performing campaigns while sunsetting underperformers • Implement automated rules and AI bidding to enhance efficiency. Reporting & Innovation • Deliver weekly/monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs): CPL, ROAS, CTR, and funnel progression • Stay ahead of platform updates and pilot new ad formats • Troubleshoot discrepancies and optimize attribution models
