The Performance Media Coordinator (Paid Search) is an entry-level position that supports the paid search team as they learn the ins and outs of paid search advertising. Assist senior team members with paid search campaign development, including keyword research and ad copy development.Traffic paid search campaigns across all networks as directed by senior members of the team.Assist senior team members with daily budget management.Present optimization recommendations for paid search campaigns to senior members of the team. Knowledge of paid search platforms including Google Ads (Search, Display) and Microsoft Advertising (Bing) a plus. Google Ads certification is strongly encouraged.Knowledge of analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Google Tag Manager a plus.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.Previous experience at an agency or internal marketing department a plus.Ability to adapt to and work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills.
