Our client is based in Charlotte, NC. This person will guide and mentor a small but high-performing media team, contribute to media strategy, lead media planning, and serve as a key driver of performance, insights, and optimization across accounts. Media Strategy & Planning • Collaborate with Strategy team to execute paid media strategy across clients • Lead full-funnel media planning across platforms including (but not limited to): Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Programmatic, TikTok, and emerging channels • Identify opportunities for scaling, testing, and channel expansion AI Integration & Team Enablement • Champion the use of AI tools across own workflows and help teammates adopt them effectively, balancing automation with strategic thinking and human oversight • Evaluate and apply AI-powered platforms for audience targeting, bid optimization, creative testing, and predictive analytics • Stay current on emerging AI capabilities in digital advertising and contribute to best practices for quality, governance, and competitive advantage Performance Management & Optimization • Monitor overall account performance to ensure KPIs are consistently met or exceeded • Guide advanced optimization strategies including audience development, creative testing frameworks, bidding strategies, and budget allocation • Proactively identify risks, performance issues, and growth opportunities • Set and uphold best practices for account structure, testing, and optimization
