Role Description
• Executive-Level Support
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and contractors
• Manage communications, scheduling, and prioritization of daily tasks
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Vehicle & Exotic Car Management
• Coordinate car rentals pickups, drop-offs, and maintenance for the fleet
• Manage exotic car storage logistics, including organizing, monitoring, and maintaining high-value vehicles
• Communicate with dealerships, service providers, and storage facilities
• Track registration, insurance, and service schedules
• Project & Operational Support
• Assist with short-term project management, including construction, logistics, or business operations
• Coordinate contractors, materials, and timelines independently
• Ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Errands & Logistics
• Handle shipping, pickups, deliveries, and other operational errands
• Perform occasional personal errands for the owner (fully reimbursed)
• Travel & Independent Work
• Occasionally travel to other states to handle business tasks independently
• Maintain clear communication and provide status updates while traveling

Qualifications
• 3+ years experience as an executive assistant, operations assistant, or similar role
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities across different areas of work
• High level of trustworthiness and discretion
• Preferred:
• Experience managing car rentals, exotic cars, or luxury fleet storage
• Experience with project management or construction oversight
• Familiarity with marketing/business operations
