Personal Assistant

This role extends beyond our agency to a restaurant we partner with, requiring versatility and a hands-on approach to both office and restaurant environments. Office & Restaurant Management: Ensure supplies are stocked and spaces are organized at both the agency and the restaurant. Excellent organizational capabilities with proficiency in note-taking and document management for both marketing and restaurant projects. Flexible hours with the willingness to work on-site at our Oklahoma City office and restaurant. Flexible hours to accommodate the needs of both the agency and the restaurant.
