Personal Assistant to Filmmaker

This position requires that the candidate have the freedom to travel. Travel is currently 2-7 days per month but can increase or decrease based upon the current projects. Reliable transportation is required. The Personal Assistant / Marketing Director is responsible for performing a multitude of diverse administrative and household duties for the owner and their family owned merchandise business as well as assisting with the current production of their 3rd Netflix TV show and a film slated for early 2023. Responsibilities: * Driving the owner to meetings, social events and red carpet press events * Help the owner to check in at movie premieres and industry events * Dealing with press and TV interviews * Scheduling and emailing all hotel and product partnerships * Collecting the mail and paying bills(you will be given your own company credit card after the probationary period) * Editing and Updating the merchandising website * Assisting with in home parties and red carpet events(serving at home hosted parties and attending and assisting for red carpet events) * Providing service to all clients that message to make a purchase * Self management, you will be given a large task list and need to self manage to prioritize and complete them in a reasonable timeframe * Produce progress reports and present them to the producer/owner on a bi-weekly basis * Assist the owner in coordinating & scheduling content for the website and social media including photos, videos, and informational posts * Creating & posting the social media content * Creating & Monitoring Google, Facebook, & Instagram Ads * Creating Weekly marketing emails * Creating postcard and product card mailing designs * Other miscellaneous duties as needed Qualifications: * Prior experience as a personal assistant is a BIG plus, but not required * Great interpersonal skills & excel in written & verbal communication * Sales mindset to assist in closing a sale when an online customer has a question * Navigate computer programs with ease * Proficient in premiere pro color grading for videos or a willingness to learn and master this program * Driven to creating an excellent customer service experience for each client * Prior social media management experience is a plus * Prior marketing experience is a plus * Managing and logging expense reports * Ability to prioritize and multitask * Have a positive attitude and demeanor in high stress situations Job Details: * Full-Time * 40 hours a week with weekends often needed * 90-Day Probationary Period Perks: * Flexible hours * Paid Holidays * Paid Vacation Time * Dynamic work environment
