Driving and following up on BU or PG strategic initiatives especially the Strategic Growth initiatives. Implementing and following up on market plans for all areas in the Hub. Coordinating the local Sales organizations to ensure achievement of sales volume, portfolio and market mix targets. Ensuring achievement of sales volume and portfolio mix targets for Hub and BU by setting appropriate price and margin for individual sales opportunities in line with BU or PG strategy. • Experience with High Voltage Products or Substation Business is a must.
