This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Recruitment, Onboarding, and Compliance and will collaborate regularly with our Recruitment, Onboarding, Operations, and Sales Team. 1) Oversee and manage a high-volume compliance process • Design and monitor control systems to deal with violations of rules and policies. 2) Become an expert on regulations in current and target markets • Understand how to accomplish and maintain driver compliance in each local market (via local vendors, required state agencies, etc.
