Plumbing Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager Reports To: Vice Presidents Job Purpose: Overall job is to manage all work for department. Management Duties and Responsibilities Manage install crews and review scheduling as necessary with field to complete related work. Oversee all aspects of jobs, prior, during and after construction Develop and implement processes and procedures for department as required with ownership. Collaborate with ownership to establish sales goals & advertising budgets as required. Buy out job Create Job book Turn over projects to field staff Print or create plan for field staff Track Market Trends Stay on top of what our margins have to be in order to be competitive when estimating work Develop a strong knowledge of HVAC & Plumbing industry to establish credibility in response to technical questions.
