The role also includes additional duties as assigned.Candidate ProfileBe dedicated to the success of Democratic and left‑of‑center causes and candidates : Identify with the ethics and philosophy of progressive and Democratic causes and understand the role that Polaris plays in advancing causes such as social justice, women’s rights, workers’ rights, freedom of expression and marginalized communities.Work smart and hard : Think strategically about systems and seek more efficient ways to execute tasks or projects.Take initiative : Come to the table with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset and contribute to a positive and healthy working environment.Be collaborative and communicative : Collaborate effectively within the organization and with external partners.Be a subject matter expert : Bring prior expertise to support Polaris and all Polaris clients, embrace continuous learning, and value input from other experts.Job Responsibilities Traffic digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Google Ads, Twitter, Linked In, The Trade Desk, and Freewheel DSP.Traffic linear ads to broadcast and cable TV stations via Comcast Ad Fusion.Provide quality assurance for each campaign to ensure creative, targets, and campaign goals align with media plans.Assist in producing post‑campaign reports.Create and troubleshoot ad accounts for clients, including political verification.Perform additional duties as assigned.QualificationsMust be based in Washington DC area (DMV).1‑3 years of experience with ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, The Trade Desk, Freewheel DSP, and Strata preferred.High proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace suites, including PowerPoint, Slides, Gmail, and more.Proficiency with data visualization software such as Tableau, Looker Data Studio, and Power Bi preferred.Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.Excellent initiative, communication, and project management skills.Strong ability to troubleshoot and problem‑solve in new and high‑pressure situations.Superb attention to detail and time management skills.Experience working in the progressive political sphere strongly preferred or a demonstrated interest in campaigns and causes.Compensation and Benefits$55,000 - $65,000 annually.Employer‑sponsored healthcare: 100% paid medical, 99% paid dental, 99% paid vision, 100% paid life insurance.3% automatic Safe Harbor retirement contribution.Polaris‑provided laptop.Diversity and InclusionWe value diversity, equity and inclusion.
