You should have a minimum of 1-year experience, preferably in a high-volume studio; such as Portrait Innovations, Sears or Target Portrait Studios location, but will consider comparable experience. In-person portrait sales skills are a must. Most important are your sales and marketing skills in attracting new studio clients though in-studio and outside advertising campaigns, social media and in developing creative photo promotions on a regular basis.
