The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and fluent in English, with proven experience managing campaigns for U.S. audiences.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns acrossGoogle Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn and YouTube.Develop inbound lead strategies to increasecalls, form fills, and conversions.Perform daily bid and keyword optimizations to maximize ROI.Write strong ad copy that converts.Monitor analytics, track performance, and create weekly reports.Conduct competitor analysis and audience research.Collaborate with creative, social, and production teams to align messaging and offers.Requirements5+ yearsmanaging PPC and paid social campaigns.Google Ads Certification(required).Strong understanding of lead funnels and conversion tracking.Experience with call tracking tools (CallRail, WhatConverts, etc.) is a plus.Advanced knowledge ofGoogle Analytics, Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking.ExcellentEnglish communication skills(written and verbal).Ability to work U.S. business hours and meet deadlines consistently.Preferred SkillsExperience inlocal service lead generation(law firms, dental, HVAC, etc.).Knowledge oflanding page CROand A/B testing.Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and YouTube Ads.Agency experience preferred.What We OfferCompetitive pay based on experience.Performance-based bonuses.Opportunity to work with a fast-growing U.S. marketing agency.Collaborative and performance-driven culture.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:Paid Advertising: 5 years (Required)Language:English (Required)Work Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
