PR Executive

Our busy, rapidly expanding dental office is looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and motivated Dental PR Executive to help grow our online presence! The position entails planning and sustaining creative efforts to maintain our established reputation and Goodwill with the public we serve. Your Tasks: \\- Increase the existing number of new patients \\- Design and produce print materials/flyers/posters \\- Manage online patient reviews/testimonials, and encourage feedback \\- Manage and implement local advertising campaigns \\- Participate in local groups including weekly meetings with business organizations to promote the dental office \\- Network with other local dental offices to exchange referrals \\- Handle all in-office and mailer promotional materials including flyers, business cards, etc. \\- Properly portray the dentist's skills and provide confidence in office staff \\- Turn in daily, weekly and monthly reports, including audits and marketing reporting \\- Ensure the confidentiality, security and safety of all dental office records including patient lists \\- Participate in the development of daily/monthly/quarterly dental staff meetings, including preparation of meeting minutes \\- Compose, smart, strategic social media campaigns, tweets, creative hashtags, etc. for all of our company's social media platforms \\- Be responsible for blog and YouTube outreach and promotions to social influences \\- Write email marketing campaigns, blog posts and compose a social media plan and calendars \\- Have a creative freedom to execute your vision under the supervision of our Management Team \\- Keep up to date on all social media platforms \\- Is courteous in accepting other job duties as assigned \\- Exhibits the ability to manage time well and work under stressful conditions with an even temperament \\- Displays the ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with potential patients and the public \\- Demonstrates the ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions Our ideal social media-marketing PR executive will have: Interest in the dental industry Ability to problem solve and manage projects Strong professional communication skills Warm, enthusiastic personally Knowledge of social media platforms and how they operate Very strong computer skills Detail orientated with the ability to organize and tract tasks Open and humble attitude Self starter Creative Vision Prior blogging experience is a plus Requirements: Availability 4-5 days a week 36-40 hours per week Advanced computer skills Social Media/networking experience and interest Must know how to write uniquely and creatively and tell a compelling story Have a Bachelor Degree in communications or marketing
