Our vehicles are nicer than what you find at most used car dealers and we go out of our way to help customers after the sale. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years experience in pre-owned automotive sales. \\- Greet and guide customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process, converting them into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and matching them to the most appropriate car by using the current inventory information. \\- Building a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale \\- Maintaining a customer database in our DMS/CRM and communicating with them. \\- Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale or finance application to be processed, at the same time working with management to finalize sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
