This position is charged with developing and executing sales strategies, policies, and procedures to drive revenue growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and support business objectives. The person in this role will report to the CEO and be on the executive team of the company. • Ensure compliance with company policies, state real estate laws, and contractual requirements. Be able to sit, stand, stoop, kneel for extended periods of time throughout the day Could be 1 or 2 meetings a year out the state which may involve air travel.
