Principal General Marketing Manager, Partner & GTM Strategy and Interlock, Amazon on AWS Marketing

The AWS Startup Marketing team is seeking a seasoned, strategic Principal GMM Individual Contributor to serve as the primary interface between AWS Startup Marketing and the AWS Partner and Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) teams. In this role, you will work with the AWS Partner and WWSO team to define marketing growth strategies and scalable frameworks that help startup partners succeed at every stage of their journey. You will define and steward the shared messaging framework, resolve ambiguity where org priorities meet, and set the mechanisms that keep Startup Marketing, Partner, and WWSO teams interlocked as the strategy and the customer journey evolve. Serve as the primary interface aligning AWS Startup Marketing, Partner, and WWSO teams around a shared, consistent startup message across the entire customer journey from idea to enterprise scale.
