In Particular He/she Will • Drive the global vision, value proposition, programs, planning, and packaging solutions to grow our Prime Video ads GTM approach • Drive adoption of Amazon’s Prime Video ads advertising offerings, including business management in support of Video org goals around revenue, product adoption, advertiser maturity advancement, etc. • Develop end-to-end strategy for positioning, pricing, packaging, and planning of Prime Video ads' advertising offerings, alongside sales, product, sponsorships, and strategy peers • Aggregate VOC and partner with product teams to drive video solutions for customers and growth for Amazon; produce stack-ranked set of sales priorities, and influence requirements, roadmap decisions and trade-offs • Partner with Product and Ads Marketing on Video Sales and Marketing narratives • Work with regional GTM teams to customize the macro global strategy to each region • Assist in global training development for Regional GTM sales enablement execution This leader will partner cross-functionally across leaders within Amazon’s video properties, and work closely with Product, Supply, and Marketing to drive revenue growth in this segment. Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's degree • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level • 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, business development, product management, digital media strategy or GTM at a media & entertainment company • Extensive knowledge of digital media landscape, video advertising, and AdTech (e.g. Amazon is a total compensation company.
