You will also partner with account and capability leaders to support market growth and deepen client relationships. Experience and Background: • 6-10 years of experience across marketing, digital, content, customer data, analytics, MarTech, AdTech, or consulting roles • Experience as a hands-on marketing practitioner or consultant, not solely a strategist • Strong background in marketing performance, digital experiences, content, and personalization • Experience working with customer data platforms, analytics, and marketing systems • Proven ability to work directly with marketing leaders and cross-functional teams Skills and Mindsets: • Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution-oriented problem solving • Strong communication and storytelling skills • Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities • Collaborative and relationship-driven leadership style aligned with Slalom values Preferred Tools and Platforms • Strong exposure to (not required to be a deep expert in) an array of MarTech, AdTech, SalesTech tools, including customer data platforms, analytics tools, content management systems, marketing automation and journey orchestration tools, and cloud data environments such as Snowflake, Databricks, and AWS • Ability to understand how platforms work together to support marketing performance and customer experience For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for a Principal Consultant in Miami FL, is $130,000 to $179,000 per year.
