The person who will thrive in this role has the ability to view disparate launches, bundle them into a simple story, and identify the path forward to resolve product gaps and issues. Key job responsibilities • Define the GTM strategy for our highest visibility global product and portfolio launches • Provide flawless program management, managing up, down, and across, seeing around all corners, and serving as the "glue" that keeps our organization's most important launches on track • Work cross-functionally with Product and Sales to develop the positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies to land the product vision with customers • Lead the end-to-end GTM strategy and execution, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences that showcase the value and use cases of top tier launches • Create compelling, multi-channel content that helps customers understand the transformative use cases and value propositions of our solutions • Design and launch marketing campaigns that drive widespread adoption and growth for our most important launches • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to optimize the GTM strategy for long-term success, including making recommendations to refine product roadmaps based on customer insights Los Angeles County applicants: Job duties for this position include: work safely and cooperatively with other employees, supervisors, and staff; adhere to standards of excellence despite stressful conditions; communicate effectively and respectfully with employees, supervisors, and staff to ensure exceptional customer service; and follow all federal, state, and local laws and Company policies.
