As a Principal Technical Product Manager and product leader in the supply enablement team you will drive the vision, roadmap, and new feature requirements that power Prime Video Ads supply side tech. You will align your teams to take SMART goals that will establish and maintain Prime Video as the best ad-supported streaming service for viewers and advertisers. Basic Qualifications • 8+ years of technical product or program management experience • 3+ years of end to end product delivery experience • Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders • Experience leading cross-organizational programs and setting and holding teams and individuals to timelines and deliverables without explicit authority • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition • Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product • Bachelor's degree The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market.
