Principal Product Management - Technical (Ads), Amazon Sponsored Products and Brands

We are looking for a seasoned Principal Product Manager - Technical (PMT) to work with us building delightful ad experiences across various surfaces — such as product detail pages, the homepage, and store-in-store pages — to drive monetization. As a Principal Product Manager - Technical, you will work closely with business stakeholders, scientists and engineers across Amazon Ads and Stores to 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience 8+ years of technical product or program management experience Bachelor's degree Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product Experience technical product management Master's degree or above in computer science or other related discipline Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proven track record of complex and creative problem-solving, and the desire to create and build new businesses Passion for building technology that delivers outstanding customer experiences Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions Experience with online advertising, search, recommendation, personalization, or e-commerce Outstanding oral and written communication Ability to work well with a variety of people ranging in various technical levels Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for having fun Los Angeles County applicants: Job duties for this position include: work safely and cooperatively with other employees, supervisors, and staff; adhere to standards of excellence despite stressful conditions; communicate effectively and respectfully with employees, supervisors, and staff to ensure exceptional customer service; and follow all federal, state, and local laws and Company policies.
