We are seeking a Principal Tech Business Developer to drive the launch and growth of our key advertising initiatives. Key job responsibilities • Develop and execute a business plan focused on demand generation and adoption strategies, working closely with key stakeholders across business teams • Identify and implement innovative strategies to drive business growth, efficiency and scale within the device display advertising business • Define business goals based on market segmentation and customer insights • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, program and engineering teams to address customer needs and achieve revenue targets • Lead the day-to-day health of the business, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with strategic objectives • Build and maintain relationships with senior leadership to drive business growth and optimization • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine and enhance products/services based on market feedback • Set forth mechanisms to track adoption goals, set efficient sales motions to achieve desired outcomes • Prepare and present monthly business reviews on roadmap updates, strategic business inputs, output metrics, adoption goals, and financial performance • Define and analyze key business metrics to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth • Bachelor's degree • 7+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience • 7+ years of professional or military experience • 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level • Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders Los Angeles County applicants: Job duties for this position include: work safely and cooperatively with other employees, supervisors, and staff; adhere to standards of excellence despite stressful conditions; communicate effectively and respectfully with employees, supervisors, and staff to ensure exceptional customer service; and follow all federal, state, and local laws and Company policies.
