Principal - Tech Business Dev, Amazon Ads - Device Advertising

We are seeking a Principal Tech Business Developer to drive the launch and growth of our key advertising initiatives. Develop and execute a business plan focused on demand generation and adoption strategies, working closely with key stakeholders across business teams Identify and implement innovative strategies to drive business growth, efficiency and scale within the device display advertising business Define business goals based on market segmentation and customer insights Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, program and engineering teams to address customer needs and achieve revenue targets Lead the day-to-day health of the business, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with strategic objectives Build and maintain relationships with senior leadership to drive business growth and optimization Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine and enhance products/services based on market feedback Set forth mechanisms to track adoption goals, set efficient sales motions to achieve desired outcomes Prepare and present monthly business reviews on roadmap updates, strategic business inputs, output metrics, adoption goals, and financial performance Define and analyze key business metrics to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth Los Angeles County applicants: Job duties for this position include: work safely and cooperatively with other employees, supervisors, and staff; adhere to standards of excellence despite stressful conditions; communicate effectively and respectfully with employees, supervisors, and staff to ensure exceptional customer service; and follow all federal, state, and local laws and Company policies.
